KMJ Entertainment Ltd Announces Record Year and Senior Leadership Promotions

KMJ Entertainment*, the UK based live entertainment group, subsidiary of DEAG****, has announced some key senior leadership changes in 2026 as the Group business continues to grow and evolve.

After a record-breaking year for KMJ group ticket sales in 2025, Kilimanjaro Live** founder Stuart Galbraith will focus his attention on his role as CEO and promoter, KMJ Group, ensuring the KMJ group of companies in music, comedy, spoken word, theatrical, production, events and ticketing continue to innovate, grow, and service client needs.   

Kilimanjaro Live directors and promoters, Stuart Galbraith, Alan Day and Steve Tilley have appointed long-standing member of the leadership team and former Group COO, Zac Fox***, to the role of CEO, Kilimanjaro Live, taking over responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the business from Stuart.

Jo Quillan****, who has recently been working with the KMJ leadership team on a strategic review of the Group, has joined the KMJ Entertainment team permanently as Group Chief Operating Officer. Jo has extensive experience of the music and entertainment sector, having held previous COO and director roles at LW Entertainment (formerly the Really Useful Group) and Wasserman, EMI and Sony Music.   As Group COO Jo will support operational strategy and group development.

Lucy Levitt has been promoted from Kilimanjaro Live Head of Business Development to Group Director of Commercial Operations. In her expanded role, she will work across the KMJ group, overseeing commercial strategy and operations.

These appointments reflect KMJ Entertainment’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its leadership team and positioning the group for its next phase of development.

***Zac Fox (she/her): Zac began working in the music industry for the legendary MCP Promotions in 1996. Joining Stuart Galbraith’s Kilimanjaro Live in 2008, she spent 12 years as Head of Operations taking care of the design, planning and event management of arena & stadium tours, festivals and major events for both Kilimanjaro directly and behind the scenes for third party event owners. As Kilimanjaro grew through development and acquisition, Zac took on the role of Group Chief Operating Officer for the wider KMJ Entertainment group. Currently as CEO of Kilimanjaro Live, she oversees the day-to-day business operations of the concert promoter, plus provides leadership support to the company heads of the other KMJ music and entertainment companies – Singular Artists, Regular Music, Collective Form and Showplanr. Zac co-founded NOWIE (Network of Women in Events) in 2013, was inducted to the Women in Music Roll of Honour in 2020, was named in the Pollstar Impact International List of 2024 and sits on the board for the Association of Independent Festivals.

****Jo Quillan: Effective immediately, Jo Quillan steps into the role of Group COO for KMJ Entertainment, welcomed to the Group executive team following a successful and varied career in executive roles in the music and entertainment sector.  Having originally moved to London from her home city of Glasgow in the 90s, she qualified as an accountant at British Airways on a graduate finance scheme, before joining Sony Music in Soho as Label Controller for Epic Records and S2.  It was the era of huge customer adoption of the new CD format, and platinum-selling artists including Sade, Pearl Jam, Jamiroquai, Michael Jackson and Celine Dion.   Quillan progressed to Sony Music International Director of Finance, working with European leadership on corporate initiatives and business planning, new ventures, label deals and artist deals and with the Sony International Network Europe team and affiliated labels including Creation, Skint and Independiente. Jo joined the EMI Group in 2006 as SVP Finance, Europe at EMI Music Publishing for 6 years, leading UK and regional teams through a period of major strategic change, skills and systems upgrades.   Following COO roles at Wasserman, a sports talent and experiential marketing agency, and Posterscope Group, an out-of-home media and experiential agency, most recently Jo was Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at LW Entertainment (formerly the Really Useful Group) for 5 years, leading and managing corporate functions and business operations for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s theatrical production and global theatrical licensing business for iconic titles including Jesus Christ Superstar, Phantom of the Opera, Starlight Express, Evita and Cats.
